We can do an inspection of boiler and hydronic heating systems.

What we will inspect:

• Do a combustion test on the boiler to see how efficient it's burning and adjust gas valve for peak performance and put all info on green sticker on the boiler
• Check glycol and PH levels in heating and ice melting systems
• Check for slow or none working pumps, zone valves
• Check and clean pilot light, thermo coupler or igniter and rectifier
• Check blower motor speeds and modulation
• Check pressure in expansion tanks
• Clean and inspect or replace air eliminators
• Check system pressure, pressure and temperature gauges
• Check to make sure condensate trap and lines are clear and not damaged
• Check air eliminators
• Check electrical wiring and any controls
• Inspect system for leaks and corrosion problems
• Inspect air intake and exhaust pipes

First hour for basic inspection and combustion test - $85.00

We also trouble shoot problem areas that are to cold or hot with a thermo graphic camera starting at $167.00 per hour
